To enter your original song(s) into the competition you must fill out this application completely, and submit it along with your MP3 format song file. Once your upload is completed you will be redirected to PayPal's secure online payment system where you may pay your entry fee by Credit Card or eCheck. You must complete this payment step or your uploaded entry will not be accepted.
